Do I need to install anything on to my computer to get my data via Luke's?
Only our browser extension. And that too only if you want to do everything (data fields tagging, project setup, etc.) yourself.
The Grepsr app platform, on the other hand, is entirely web-based, and works on any OS and browser. So the only thing you’ll need is a web browser and a working internet connection.
Can I upgrade my plan from within the Luke's app?
Yes! Just click the ‘Upgrade’ button at the top right, select a subscription plan and proceed. Enter your information, and you’re done! Based on the plan you opt for, you’ll then be billed either monthly or quarterly.
We guarantee that your information is entirely secure.
What support do I receive?
We offer email support for our Lite, Basic and Advanced plan users. While Premium plan users also get chat support along with email.
Can I switch to a different subscription plan at any time?
You bet! Simply contact Sales and we’ll move you to the desired plan.
Are you able to extract data from sites that require a login?
Yes, but we require the login credentials from our clients. However, we may not be able to help if the site has a captcha or blocks automated login.
What happens to my data beyond the retention window based on my plan?
Depending on your plan, your data will be available to view and download on the Grepsr app for 30, 60 or 90 days, after which it is automatically archived. This means that it is still available to download upon request for up to TWO years. Beyond that, your data is completely removed from our database.
Therefore, we advise users to always keep a copy safe in case you might need it in the future.
